The committee reviewed preventive child-protection measures, awareness activities and the school’s arrangements for responding to any concern. Members were reminded that any child-protection concern must be handled sensitively, confidentially and through the appropriate reporting/referral process. The committee recorded the following resolution.
Resolution / Decisions Taken
After discussion, the committee unanimously resolved that the school shall continue to strengthen preventive child-safety measures, conduct regular awareness/sensitisation activities, maintain appropriate supervision and ensure that any concern received in future is promptly brought to the notice of the designated school authority and handled according to applicable requirements.

The Monthly Complaints Book has been checked from August 2024 to November 2024 No complaint, allegation, or child-protection concern was received or reported to the POCSO & Child Protection Committee.
- Other Points with the permission of the Chair:
As there are no other matters for discussion, the Member Secretary concluded the meeting with a vote of thanks to the Chair and all members for their participation and emphasized the collective responsibility of ensuring the protection of children from sexual offences.

- Induction of Re-Constitution POCSO Members to Committee and role of the Committee
The Chairperson introduced the newly appointed POCSO members to the committee, explained the purpose of the committee, and discussed their roles and responsibilities.
- Review of Awareness Activities: The committee reviewed the awareness/sensitisation activities conducted for students and staff and discussed continuation of regular awareness.
- Staff Vigilance and Professional Conduct: Members discussed maintaining appropriate professional boundaries, respectful communication and adequate supervision of students.
- Monitoring of School Safety Arrangements: The committee reviewed general safety arrangements and identified areas requiring continued monitoring and preventive attention.

ANNUAL CLOSING RESOLUTION
The POCSO & Child Protection Committee reviewed its preventive and awareness activities for the academic year. No complaint, allegation or child-protection concern was received or reported to the committee during the period under review. The committee resolved to continue regular sensitisation of students and staff, maintain a safe and child-friendly school environment, strengthen supervision and ensure that any future concern is dealt with promptly and through the appropriate procedure.
